Leading SAFe (SA)

Leading SAFe certifies you to lead a Lean Agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework. It covers ARTs, PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management and the seven core competencies. It is the standard in Fortune 500, banks, insurance, telecom and government programmes running multiple teams together.
