Rescheduling Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026. Last updated: June 11, 2026.
Working professionals have moving calendars. This policy explains how to move your seat to a different Learners Ink cohort without losing what you paid for. It complements our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
1. One free reschedule
Every individual enrolment includes one free reschedule to any open cohort of the same course within 6 months of the original cohort start date. The free reschedule must be requested at least 7 days before your original start date and is subject to seat availability in the target cohort.
2. Second and subsequent reschedules
A second reschedule is permitted up to 12 months from the original start date, subject to a re-enrolment processing fee equal to 25% of the original course fee. We adopt this fee because every reschedule consumes a confirmed seat that another learner could have used.
3. Blackout window (48 hours)
We cannot reschedule once you are inside the 48-hour blackout window before your cohort start. By this point the instructor schedule, materials, lab access and exam-voucher pre-allocation have been committed in your name. If you must miss your cohort during the blackout, treat it as a no-show governed by clause 4 of our Refund Policy.
4. After cohort start
Once a live session has begun, the seat is treated as consumed. We will, however, give you full read access to the cohort recordings for 12 months, the practice simulator, the question bank and the official Learners Ink learner support channel, and we will move you to the very next cohort of the same course for a re-engagement fee equal to 35% of the original course fee. This is the friendliest concession we make for partial attendance.
5. Different course or different city
You can apply your fee toward a different Learners Ink course or a different delivery city, subject to the price difference. If the destination course or city costs more, you pay the delta plus the rescheduling fee (if any). If it costs less, the balance is credited to your account for 12 months or refunded under our Refund Policy on request.
6. Voucher implications
If we have already issued an exam voucher in your name, the rescheduling fee is computed before the voucher cost is deducted. The voucher itself moves with you, subject to the accreditation body's validity window (typically 6 to 12 months) and any re-issuance fee they charge us.
7. Corporate and group bookings
For groups of 5 or more learners under a single purchase order, the lead corporate contact may swap learner names at no charge up to 7 days before the cohort, and may reschedule the entire cohort once at no charge with 21 days' notice, subject to instructor and venue availability. Further rescheduling is governed by the relevant Master Services Agreement or SOW.
8. How to request
Email billing@learnersink.com with subject line "Reschedule request: order #..." from the email address you used at enrolment. Include your order ID, current cohort ID, preferred new cohort, and the reason for rescheduling. We respond within 1 business day with confirmation or alternatives.
9. Goodwill exceptions
For genuine emergencies, including hospitalisation, bereavement, sudden corporate deployment, or natural disaster affecting your region, we waive rescheduling fees. We may ask for reasonable supporting documentation.
10. Governing law
This Rescheduling Policy is governed by the laws of India and the dispute-resolution clause in our Terms of Service applies.
