Money-Back Guarantee

1. Eligible courses

The Money-Back Guarantee applies to the following Learners Ink certifications when delivered in classroom or live-online mode with a Learners Ink-issued exam voucher: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile, ITIL 5 Foundation, ITIL 5 Managing Professional, ITIL 5 Strategic Leader, Certified ScrumMaster, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CBAP, ECBA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, and CEH. Self-paced e-learning and corporate bespoke deliveries are excluded unless explicitly written into the SOW.

2. The conditions in detail

• Attendance: 95% measured against the published schedule, verified by our cohort attendance log. Missing more than one full day disqualifies you, unless covered by our goodwill exception (clause 6).
• Coursework: every graded assignment and the capstone submitted with at least the passing rubric score. Late submissions accepted within 14 days of cohort end.
• Mock tests: the official Learners Ink simulator includes 6 mocks. You must score 80%+ in at least two of them, submitted under timed conditions.
• Exam window: sit the official exam at the accreditation body within 90 days of cohort end. Vouchers usually have a 6 to 12 month validity, but the guarantee window we honour is 90 days. This keeps the material fresh in your memory and is statistically aligned with our highest pass rates.
• Fair attempt: the attempt must be made through the official exam channel of the accreditation body. Attempts cancelled, rescheduled past 90 days, or invalidated for academic-integrity breach do not qualify.

3. What is refunded

If you meet every condition above and still fail, we refund 100% of the course fee that you paid, net of any payment-gateway processing charge that the gateway does not return to us (typically 1.5% to 4.4%) and net of statutory taxes already remitted to the government on your invoice. The exam voucher cost paid to the accreditation body is non-refundable in cash but is offset by the subsidised second voucher (clause 4).

4. The alternative we recommend

Most learners who fail on a first fair attempt clear it on the second. So our default offer (which most learners take) is: one free live-online re-attendance of the full cohort, a subsidised second voucher at our cost-price (typically a USD 200 to USD 350 discount on list), and four hours of 1:1 coaching with a senior instructor scheduled around your calendar. You retain the right to take the cash refund instead, in writing, at any point inside the claim window.

5. Process and timeline

Email billing@learnersink.com within 30 days of your fail result, attach the official score report, and reference your order ID and cohort ID. We acknowledge within 1 business day and decide within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The whole loop is designed to be completed inside 21 business days.

6. Goodwill and edge cases

If you cannot meet an attendance threshold because of hospitalisation, bereavement, sudden corporate deployment, or natural disaster affecting your region, write to us with reasonable documentation and we will preserve your guarantee eligibility. This is a real safety net, not a marketing line.

7. Things that void the guarantee

The guarantee does not apply where you (i) shared course material with a third party in breach of our IP terms, (ii) used unauthorised aids during the official exam, (iii) impersonated another learner, (iv) initiated a card chargeback while still inside the cohort, (v) abused the rescheduling policy, or (vi) failed to sit the exam within 90 days of cohort end without an approved goodwill extension.

8. Governing terms

This Money-Back Guarantee is governed by the laws of India and the dispute-resolution clause in our Terms of Service applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are preserved.
