Three Ways Your Teams Can Learn

One curriculum, three delivery models. Most enterprise programmes combine them: self-paced grounding in the learner's own language, live online workshops for the whole group, and classroom sessions where a single site needs deep immersion.

Instructor-Led Live Online

One live cohort, learners joining from every office, home base and time zone. Full instructor contact hours, breakout labs, mentor office hours and session recordings for revision. No travel, no venue, no lost days in transit.

  • Teams split across countries learn together
  • Sessions recorded for absentees and revision
  • Highest monetary return of the three modes

Classroom at Your Company Location

Our instructor comes to your office, plant or campus in your city. Whiteboard-led workshops, your own project artefacts used as case material, and a cohort that leaves the room with a shared working language.

  • Delivered in cities across every high-GDP market
  • Your own projects used as live case studies
  • Best for single-site teams and leadership groups

Self-Paced E-Learning, 33 Courses in 12 Languages

Accredited self-paced courseware with 1 year of access per learner. Same syllabus, same accreditation, studied in the learner's own language: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Japanese, Chinese.

  • 365-day access per seat
  • Zero time away from delivery work
  • Ideal for large multi-country rollouts

Which Mode Delivers the Most Benefit?

What Corporate Training Changes

The business case for enterprise learning, in the terms L&D leaders are asked to defend it.

A shared delivery language

When a whole team learns one framework together, handovers, status reporting and escalation stop being reinvented on every project.

Measured capability uplift

Pre and post assessments show exactly where the team moved, so L&D can evidence the change rather than describe it.

Retention of your best people

Accredited certifications are the single most requested benefit from mid-career professionals and a visible signal that the company invests in them.

Faster onboarding of new joiners

Self-paced seats in 12 languages mean a new hire in any country starts the same curriculum on day one, not at the next scheduled batch.

Fewer project failures

Standardised planning, risk and service practices reduce rework, scope drift and unplanned change, which is where most delivery budget quietly disappears.

Internal mobility and succession

Certified team members become the natural bench for programme, service and quality leadership roles you would otherwise hire externally.

One learning partner worldwide

The same curriculum, the same instructor standard and the same reporting whether the learner sits in Frankfurt, Toronto, Riyadh, Singapore or Sydney.

What Your People Walk Away With

Globally recognised credentials

PMI, PeopleCert AXELOS, Scrum Alliance, IIBA, IASSC, ISC2, EC-Council, AWS and Microsoft credentials that travel with the learner across markets.

Salary and role progression

Certified professionals consistently report higher salary bands and faster promotion into programme, service and quality leadership roles.

Exam confidence

Full-length practice papers, answer explanations and mentor office hours before the learner books the exam.

Learning in their own language

Self-paced e-learning in 12 languages removes the language barrier that quietly blocks participation in global programmes.

Continuing education credits

PDUs, CPDs and CEUs earned through the programme keep existing credentials current without extra spend.

MNCs and global groups

Multi-region waves of 100 to 800 learners on one curriculum, one programme manager and one progress dashboard, with e-learning seats in 12 languages.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum group size for a corporate cohort?

Eight learners is the standard minimum for a dedicated corporate cohort. Smaller teams can join our scheduled public cohorts at corporate rates, or start with self-paced e-learning seats and move to a live cohort as the group grows.

Which delivery mode gives our people the most value?

Instructor-led live online delivers the highest monetary return for most organisations. Learners get the full instructor contact hours and recordings while the company avoids travel, venue and hotel spend and loses the fewest working days. Classroom at your location is the best choice when a single-site team needs deep workshop immersion, and self-paced e-learning is strongest for large multilingual rollouts and continuous onboarding.

Can you train teams that sit in several countries at once?

Yes. A single live online cohort routinely spans several countries and time zones. For very large programmes we split learners into regional pods that share one curriculum, one programme manager and one progress dashboard.

Are the self-paced e-learning courses really available in 12 languages?

Yes. All 33 self-paced e-learning courses are sold in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Japanese, Chinese. The certification, syllabus, accreditation, duration and 1-year access are identical in every language; only the language of instruction changes. Free downloadable practice papers remain English only.

How long do learners keep access to the self-paced courseware?

Each self-paced seat carries 1 year of access from activation, so learners can revise before the exam and return to modules while applying the method at work.

Can you deliver classes at our own office?

Yes. Instructors travel to your office, plant or campus in cities across Europe, North America, the GCC, Asia Pacific and Australasia. Your own project artefacts become the workshop case material.

Do you handle exam preparation, vouchers and continuing education credits?

Yes. Practice papers, exam booking support, official vouchers and PDU, CPD or CEU credits are bundled into the programme so your L&D team is not managing them separately.

Can the programme mix different certifications for different teams?

Yes. A single programme frequently runs project management for the PMO, agile for engineering, service management for IT operations and quality for the process team, with one calendar and one report.

How is enterprise pricing structured?

Per learner with volume tiers, plus fixed-fee packages for large multi-year programmes. You receive a written proposal with the curriculum, cohort calendar and per-learner pricing in your local currency.

How quickly can a corporate cohort start?

A typical dedicated cohort moves from first conversation to first session in two to three weeks. Self-paced e-learning seats can be activated for the whole team within a day.
