PMI-ACP vs CSM in 2026: Which Agile Certification Actually Fits You

CSM is a 2 day Scrum Alliance course delivered by a Certified Scrum Trainer, followed by a 50 question online assessment (74 percent pass). The syllabus is pure Scrum: roles, events, artefacts, empirical process control, servant leadership and Scrum values. It is a practitioner credential, not a theory exam.
