Each component within the framework serves a specific purpose and is essential to Scrum’s success and usage. The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification validates your knowledge and experience. It gives you an advantage over traditional/waterfall professionals. Our approach to Certified Scrum Master training is bit different as it consists of engaged, activity driven and with active participation from delegates.

Pre-requisites

There is no required prior certificate, educational background, or work experience needed to participate in the CSM course, complete the exam, and receive certification. The Certified Scrum Master course is designed to introduce you to the basics of Scrum, and as such all backgrounds are welcome to join and achieve Scrum Master Certification.

Exam Format

Attendees must pass a 50 question assessment with a minimum of 74% upon course completion before a certification is issued. Certifying Test is issued directly from Scrum Alliance via email and taken online. 1 retake is included if the student does not pass the first time. There is no cool off period so the retake can be completed immediately. If the student does not pass after the first retake there is a $25 fee for each additional retake.
