  • FAQ’s

While Lean Six Sigma certification courses contain good content around Lean and Six Sigma principles and Descriptive Statistics, they contain almost nothing on Process Mapping Best Practices or how to build robust and effective process maps that will serve their intended purpose. This course fills in that gap, and gives practitioners the necessary skills and knowledge to map solid business processes, along with best practices designed to equip them with the expertise needed to manage a process mapping initiative, and without having to know complex Descriptive Statistics.

What will you learn?

  • The course demonstrates best practices around building robust process maps.
  • The course also provides a solid roadmap designed to take practitioners from beginning to end of a process mapping initiative.
  • People typically are not aware of what process levels are, and how they are used.
  • The course illustrates what process levels are, how they relate to organizational levels, and how to use these concepts to scope process mapping projects.
  • Organizations usually don’t have well designed and/or branded templates from which to work. Furthermore, practitioners often lack training on how to use Visio.
  • The course includes a section entirely devoted to Visio training, designed to give users the knowledge and skills for how to use Visio.
  • The course also comes with a set of well designed, pre-formatted tools & templates that practitioners can use immediately.
  • Many processes are lacking metrics, and/or practitioners are often not knowledgeable regarding how to gather, analyze, and incorporate them into business processes.
